Return Policy

Hi friend! We want you to be completely satisfied with your activity kit, so if something’s not what you expected or is damaged in shipping, please reach out to us. Products damaged in shipping will be replaced at no extra charge if we are notified within 48 hours of package receipt.

Refunds are offered if you return the item in original packaging and in unused condition, but shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and items must be postmarked within one week of customer’s receipt of package. To begin a refund please email jessica@treasuredfamilies.com.
